Overview

The Store Helper plays a crucial role in supporting the overall store operations. This position involves a variety of tasks, including assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and supporting other store associates.

Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Answer customer questions and provide product information.
  • Assist customers with locating items within the store.
  • Assist with customer checkouts and bagging purchases.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Store Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sweep, mop, and dust floors and shelves.
  • Empty trash and recycle bins.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas.
  • Assist with store displays and signage.
Inventory Management
  • Stock shelves and displays with merchandise.
  • Unpack and receive incoming shipments.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and product information.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
