Job Description

The Helper is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the rental service company. This role involves a variety of tasks related to the preparation, delivery, and retrieval of rental equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Preparation:

• Inspect and maintain rental equipment for cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance (e.g., minor adjustments, cleaning).
• Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles.

Delivery and Retrieval:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of rental equipment onto company vehicles.
• Assist with the delivery and pickup of rental equipment to customer locations.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery and retrieval of equipment.
• Provide basic customer service to clients during delivery and pickup.

Inventory Management:

• Assist with inventory checks and stock control.
• Maintain a clean and organized equipment storage area.

Other duties as assigned:

• Assist with general warehouse and maintenance duties.
• Participate in company training sessions.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, delivery, or customer service environment preferred.
