The Helper provides essential support to the team by assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves hands‑on assistance in different areas, including but not limited to loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Tasks: Provide help with daily tasks, such as carrying materials, organizing equipment, and assisting team members as needed.
• Loading and Unloading: Help load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in work areas, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and that safety standards are met.
• Material Handling: Assist in the movement of materials and products from one area to another, helping to prepare items for production or shipping.
• Equipment Assistance: Help set up or move equipment for workers and ensure that tools and machines are in good working condition.
• Basic Support: Provide basic support for various departments, such as assisting with packaging, organizing inventory, or performing minor repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or unsafe practices to supervisors immediately.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Experience: Previous experience in a helper or manual labor role is a plus, but not required.
