The Construction Helper assists construction workers and tradespeople with a variety of tasks on job sites. This role involves supporting the team with manual labor, preparing materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring efficient job site operations.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and tools for construction projects.
- Help load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Clean and organize the work area, including removing debris and waste.
- Support skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, masons) by handing them tools or materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment as needed (e.g., power tools, mixers).
- Maintain safety standards and follow all company and site-specific safety protocols.
- Help with basic construction tasks like digging, carrying, lifting, and mixing materials.
