Job Description

The Construction Hardware Helper supports the construction team by ensuring the timely delivery of hardware materials, tools, and equipment to various work areas. This role involves assisting in the organization of hardware inventory, helping with the installation of hardware, and performing general labor duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, sorting, and storing construction materials and hardware.
• Organize and maintain inventory of tools, materials, and hardware supplies.
• Deliver hardware, tools, and equipment to workers on-site as required.
• Support in the installation and assembly of various hardware items, such as doors, windows, locks, fasteners, and fixtures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris, handling materials safely, and following safety protocols.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks and follow instructions carefully.
• Assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical tasks when required.
