HIRING

A Helper in a rice mill typically performs a range of manual tasks to assist in the rice milling process.

1. Cleaning and Preparing Equipment: Ensuring that machinery, such as rice hulling machines, polishers, and graders, is cleaned and maintained.
2. Feeding Rice into Machines: Assisting in the loading and unloading of raw rice into milling machines and ensuring that the flow is consistent.
3. Monitoring the Milling Process: Helping to observe the milling process and making sure the rice is being processed correctly.
4. Handling Raw and Processed Rice: Sorting and transferring raw rice, white rice, or rice by-products (like rice bran) to appropriate locations.
5. Packaging: Assisting with the packaging of processed rice into bags or containers for distribution.
