• Basic Skills: General knowledge of tools and equipment related to the specific field (e.g., construction, kitchen, or warehouse work) is helpful.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and ensure tasks are completed properly and safely.
• Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are key to ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others, assisting skilled workers and communicating effectively within the team.
