Job summary

Bayfield Equipment Corporation is seeking a hands-on operator to support inbound shipments, conduct pre-delivery machine inspections, and manage loading/unloading of machines. The role involves training customers on milling, paving, and compaction tasks and performing preventive maintenance on fleet and demo units.

Ideal candidates have basic milling/paving/compaction knowledge, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite. TESDA NC II is a plus for applicants.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Milling, Paving, and Compaction jobs

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound shipments (Parts & Machine)
• Conduct PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) on Machine
• Count Accessories on Machine
• Load & Unload all types of Machines from truck
• Conduct preventive maintenance on service vehicles, demo machines, and other company asset
• Act as a Demo Machine Operator who can assist in Milling, Paving, and Compaction jobs
• Act as a Rental Machine Bridging Operator who can assist and train customers on Milling, Paving, and Compaction jobs.
• Act as a Rental Machine Operator for Sister Company jobs.
• Can drive and with a valid driver's license.
• TESDA NC II Certificates is a plus
