Job summary

Philippine Geoanalytics, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician to perform inspection, maintenance and repair of heavy machinery on site. You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related problems and ensure safe operation after service.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, accurate record-keeping, and coordination with operators to plan repairs and replacements while following PPE and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related problems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing of heavy equipment.
• Repair and replace defective or worn-out parts, components, and systems.
• Check engine, transmission, hydraulic systems, brakes, electrical systems, and other equipment components.
• Perform equipment testing after repairs to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and organized.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and proper use of PPE.
• Coordinate with operators and supervisors regarding equipment conditions and repair requirements.
• Perform other duties related to equipment maintenance as assigned by the supervisor or management.
