Job summary

Will Decena and Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced electrician to service heavy equipment and industrial machinery in the Manila area.

The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, installing and maintaining wiring, batteries, starters, and sensors, and performing preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate holds TESDA EIM NC II/III, has 2–5 years of field experience, and can read schematics and fault codes using diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• TESDA certification in EIM NC II/III is required.
• 2–5 years experience as electrician for heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of CAN bus systems and basic ECU diagnostics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in heavy equipment such as Excavators, Cranes, Loaders, and transport units;
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including wiring harnesses, batteries, starters, alternators, relays, and sensors;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical components;
• Use diagnostic tools (multimeter, scan tools, fault code readers) to identify issues;
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals;
• Inspect electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance;
• Assist in troubleshooting integrated systems (electrical-hydraulic and ECU-controlled systems);
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used;
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for spare parts requirements
