Groworx is seeking a results-driven Sales Recruiter for its Student Healthcare Recruitment team in the Philippines. You will source, engage, and recruit students and aspiring healthcare professionals across programs, while meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales recruitment or healthcare recruitment.
• Experience in staffing or recruitment agencies is strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Promote student healthcare programs and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Source and recruit qualified students and healthcare candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process from contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment and placement goals.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and support.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus activities as needed.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key performance metrics.
