Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication.
• Healthcare setting experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for PEME inquiries via calls, email, chat.
• Provide PEME service information, packages, requirements, schedules.
• Coordinate with clinic departments to update status.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
