Our Clients seeks a Healthcare Operations Manager – Patient Access & Authorization to lead high-volume workflows, ensuring compliant, efficient processes. You will work with clinical teams, payers, and revenue cycle to minimize delays and denials while implementing standardized workflows and training materials.

The role emphasizes strategic program implementation, workforce planning, and operational readiness in a dynamic startup or growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare/administration or related field is required.
• 5–7 years in healthcare operations, patient access, or related environment.
• 3+ years in people management or operational leadership.
• Experience with payer requirements, CPT/ICD-10, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Patient Access and Authorization functions toward high-volume workflows.
• Develop supervisors and teams with clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Oversee pre-certification and authorization operations for orthopedic and related services.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.
