Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions in IT Park, Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an MIS - Healthcare specialist for an onsite night shift role. You will prepare timely MIS reports and dashboards for stakeholders and work closely with management, internal teams and clients to understand business information needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 1–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and knowledge of VB/VBA, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 to 4 years relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledgeable in VB/VBA and Power BI.
• Excellent Power Apps and Power Automate knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with Operations Managers for staffing planning, capacity utilization, seating.
• Good statistical, analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge in other WFM activities including Intraday Planning, Forecasting Shrinkage.
• Scripting skills and database knowledge should be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by the stakeholders.
• Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders & clients to understand the business information needs.
• Ensure all reports & dashboards are prepared as per stakeholder requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly).
