Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Finance professional to provide internal and management reporting for royalties, litigation costs, and amortization, while supporting forecasting and strategic development updates.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and operations in a fast-paced biotech environment and adapt to mid-shift hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance operations, FP&A, controlling, or related areas.
• Experience in a shared-service environment or biotech/pharma/healthcare/manufacturing.
• Experience evaluating or implementing financial systems to improve reporting accuracy.
• Strong MS Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and management reporting for royalties, litigation fees, and amortization intangibles; include forecast updates.
• Support month-end close and accounting activities, including royalty and legal-fee processes.
• Prepare, calculate, review, and submit royalty reports and payment requests to external parties.
• Coordinate forecasting and strategic-development calculations with FP&A, Franchise, Alliance Management, Legal, and others.
• Provide external reporting support, including inquiries from external audits and clarifications.
• Consult on royalty provisions and contracts to ensure appropriate information is provided to partners.
