Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in hospital or healthcare organizations.
• Strong knowledge of PhilHealth policies and BIR tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with BIR tax regulations including VAT and Income Tax.
• Manage internal and external audits and maintain audit-ready records.
• Oversee PhilHealth and HMO claims processing.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for hospital departments.
