Job summary

Cardinal Santos Medical Center - Colinas Verdes Hospital Managers Inc. is seeking an operations supervisor to oversee outsourced support services in a healthcare setting and to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

You will coordinate with security, housekeeping, valet, dietary, pest control, landscaping and other vendors, execute daily plans, resolve inquiries quickly, and act as the frontline contact for internal customers to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; Bachelor’s in Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in hotel/hospital industry.
• Proven supervisory experience in support services.
• Experience in healthcare security roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outsourced coordinators in security, housekeeping, valet, outsourced dietary, pest control, landscaping & grounds maintenance.
• Execute daily operational plans to address challenges and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Act as frontline contact for internal customers, promptly addressing and resolving service-related inquiries.
