Job summary

Metrobank seeks a Head of Security Architecture and Innovation to define and lead the bank's security architecture across information systems, technology infrastructure, and digital assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in information security, security architecture, infrastructure security, or IT security risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge in security architecture, network/server/database/application security, cloud security, data protection, and IAM technologies.
• Familiarity with security governance, risk management, regulatory requirements, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain the Bank's security architecture to protect information systems and digital assets.
• Lead security architecture and infrastructure initiatives aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish security standards, frameworks, and governance to ensure secure IT environments.
• Advise technology and business teams on secure design and implementation, including risk mitigation.”
• Oversee testing of security controls, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.
• Collaborate with ITG and stakeholders to align security initiatives with technology roadmaps and operations.
