Qualifications

• 5 years of related role within banking or financial industry.
• 8 years of experience involving VPN, cloud implementation, and routing protocols.
• CINP and CISSP certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and mentor the network team.
• Ensure technology recoverability in support of business processes.
• Support initiatives that improve network performance, cost, and quality.
• Lead in resolving elevated and complex complaints.
