About the Role
Liviti is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Head of Marketing to lead our brand, growth, and demand-generation efforts across property and wealth segments. You will shape our marketing engine end-to-end—from positioning and content, to performance and partnerships—driving measurable impact across the business.
What You'll Lead
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Own Liviti’s overall marketing strategy, aligning it with business and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary marketing team (performance, content, creative, social, brand).
- Drive a clear brand vision and messaging framework across all touchpoints.
2. Growth & Demand Generation
- Build and optimise a full-funnel acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, retargeting, email, and automation.
- Oversee campaign testing, audiences, conversion paths, and ROI.
- Partner with Sales to ensure marketing initiatives generate high-quality leads and nurture them effectively.
3. Brand & Creative Direction
- Elevate Liviti’s brand with compelling storytelling, strong visual identity, and consistent brand experience.
- Oversee all creative output: video, social content, campaigns, ads, and brand assets.
- Champion UGC-style content production tailored to property and wealth audiences.
4. Content & Social Media
- Own the content strategy for short‑form, long‑form, and community‑building initiatives.
- Ensure consistent publishing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email.
- Guide Liviti’s thought leadership, educational content, and value‑driven campaigns.
5. Market Insights & Analytics
- Use data to guide decisions: customer insights, market research, campaign analytics.
- Build dashboards for performance tracking: CPL, CPA, ROAS, brand metrics, engagement, etc.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the property, mortgage, and finance ecosystem.
6. Partnerships & PR
- Lead external marketing partners, agencies, creators, and influencers.
- Build PR opportunities to increase Liviti’s visibility across media and industry events.
- Support strategic collaborations with builders, developers, and industry groups.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Lead.
- Strong background in property, real estate, finance, or a high‑growth industry.
- Deep understanding of digital acquisition channels and conversion optimisation.
- Exceptional skills in content strategy, creative direction, and brand building.
- Ability to combine high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
