Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows. The role demands ownership of production capacity planning, BOM packaging, root-cause analysis, and supplier qualification processes for regulated environments.

You will craft expert-level documents and presentations with meticulous attention to detail, supporting remote collaboration and flexible weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with ownership of capacity planning, BOMs, or quality control.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (production capacity models, BOM packages, root-cause reports, maintenance schedules, QC checklists, supplier qualifications).
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing workflows.
• Train and mentor others on documenting and presenting data-driven analyses and recommendations.
