Job summary

The Head of Internal Audit Department will lead the bank's internal audit function, ensuring governance, risk management, and internal control processes are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.

This on-site role, based in Metro Manila, will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of risk-based audits across all branches and departments, including credit, operations, finance, IT, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Risk Management and Internal Controls, risk-based auditing.
• Extensive banking/internal audit experience with leadership in audit teams.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business; CPA/CIA/CFE or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine banking regs, BSP rules, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of risk-based audits across branches and departments.
• Review audit reports, approve actions, mentor the audit team, and coordinate with external auditors.
