Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years PQE, preferably from an infrastructure finance background, to lead finance operations across banking, working capital, and inter-company transactions.

The role covers corporate compliance, audit coordination, treasury management, SPV finance, and cash flow optimization to support manufacturing and solar projects.

Qualifications

• CA with 10–15 years post-qualification experience.
• Preferable background in infrastructure-related finance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital facilities and other banking needs.
• Coordinate with lenders for documentation, compliance submissions and banking operations.
• Prepare and submit working capital proposals and CMA data for facilities.
• Monitor utilization and renewal of banking limits.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act finance and ROC filings.
• Oversee inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors and lenders for ASM audits and reviews.
• Handle accounting, banking and treasury for Manufacturing and BESS businesses.
• Manage SPV accounting, taxation and compliance for Solar Park entities.
• Prepare vendor payment plans and ensure timely payments.
• Act as Level-2 approver for banking transactions and controls.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and optimize liquidity.
• Monitor covenants and coordinate lender reporting.
