Job summary

Salmon Bank is seeking a Credit Administration lead to own and scale the function, ensuring accuracy, audit-readiness, and robust loan documentation processes.

You will report to the Deputy CEO and partner with Risk, Legal, and Credit to support lending products as the bank grows, while building a resilient, well-governed operation.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience leading a credit administration function within a BSP-regulated bank.
• Strong working knowledge and ownership of loan documentation, collateral management, disbursement controls, and the maintenance of credit files.
• Advanced Excel skills. SQL is a strong plus.
• Experience building or maturing a function from a smaller or informal setup.
• Comfort operating in a lean, fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end credit administration across credit documentation, disbursement controls, billing and repayment, collateral perfection and safekeeping, and maintenance of credit files, consistent with MORB Sec. 143.
• Lead and develop the Credit Administration team and run the function’s day-to-day operations.
• Make sure the function is structured and staffed with clean records, clear ownership, and no single point of failure.
• Partner with Credit, Risk, and Legal so that documentation and disbursement processes support the bank’s lending products as they scale.
• Report on credit administration performance, risk, and process gaps to the Deputy CEO, the Credit Committee, and the Risk Oversight Committee, as appropriate.

About the Role

You’ll own Credit Administration for Salmon Bank and build it into a permanent, properly resourced function. You’ll report directly to the Deputy CEO and be accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and audit-readiness of everything that touches loan documentation, disbursement, and collateral.
