Job summary

Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Head Nurse to lead and supervise the assigned unit ensuring optimum patient care. The Head Nurse will organize the unit’s setup, coordinate staffing, and collaborate with the health care team to meet patient needs.

The role requires a BS Nursing degree, a valid PRC Nursing license, and relevant certifications (BLS, IVT, ACLS) with at least five years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a BS Nursing graduate.
• With at least five (5) years of clinical work experience.
• PRC Board Passer (Nursing Licensure)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate/ID
• Intravenous Therapy (IVT) certificate/ID
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ID
• Must have completed 9 units of Master’s degree
