About the role

As the Head Chef in San Vicente Palawan, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of chefs and culinary professionals to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this full‑time role, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, from menu planning and recipe development to food preparation and team management.

What you'll be doing
  1. Plan and develop innovative menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients
  2. Manage and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring they maintain the highest standards of food quality and service
  3. Oversee food ordering, inventory, and cost control to maximize efficiency and profitability
  4. Collaborate with the management team to ensure the restaurant's vision and brand are consistently reflected in the dining experience
  5. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  6. Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative kitchen environment
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel setting
  2. Proven track developing and executing successful menus that cater to diverse guest preferences
