• Haircutting and Styling: Perform various haircuts, styles, and treatments according to client preferences and trends, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
• Hair Color Services: Apply hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other hair dye services, mixing colors appropriately based on client requests and hair type.
• Consultation with Clients: Discuss desired looks, offer professional advice, and provide recommendations on hair care, styling products, and maintenance routines.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the workstation, tools, and salon are clean and sanitized, following health and safety guidelines.
• Customer Service and Retention: Build strong customer relationships, schedule follow-up appointments, and ensure a pleasant experience to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Certification and Training: Valid cosmetology or hairdressing license and completion of an accredited training program.
