Requirements

• Has at least 2-year experience as Hairstylist
• Ideally from medium to large salons (with in-house training)
• Willing to be assigned in the following branches:
• SM Bacoor – urgently needs 2 barbers with experience
• SM Ormoc – urgently needs 2 barbers with experience
• SM Cagayan – urgently needs 1 barber with experience
• Has gone through technical training
• Good in communication
• Exceptional personality (sociable, friendly, polite) and behaves in a professional manner
• Can work under pressure
• Must have initiative
• Able to adapt to change
• Excellent attention to details

Responsibilities

• Question patrons regarding desired services and haircut styles
• Ask for service requirement slip from the cashier, review the services, and confirm by signing every service done
• Record services provided on cashier tickets
• Accompany the client to the counter
• Stay informed of the latest trends and hair care techniques
• Suggest treatments to alleviate hair problems
• Measure, fit, and groom hairpieces
• Thread the customer’s eyebrow to maintain its form (upon availment of the service)
• Perform services as requested, including rebond, perm, color retouch, hot oil, hair spa, hair treatment, hair dye, hair removal in specified areas, and makeup/hair-do
• Attend scheduled training to improve skills and provide better services to clients
• Follow company processes and policies
• Comply with 5S practices and maintain a neat and clean branch
• Contribute as part of the team and assist team members as needed

Salary Range and Employment Type

• All operators will receive the minimum daily wage of the area where they are assigned
• Operators who meet their targets are qualified for commission and certain incentives released monthly
• New hires are considered full-time probationary employees
