ECLARO is seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to automate business tasks and deliver MVPs with solid analytics and project management skills.

The role requires hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter development, strong Java/C#, Gosu, XML skills, and a deep understanding of the Guidewire Data Model. Certifications are preferred. Bachelor's with 5 years or Master's with 3 years of experience are expected.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience OR Master’s with 3 years.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java/C#, Gosu, XML.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire Data Model.
• Guidewire Certifications (Professional/ACE preferred).

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in BI, data warehousing, enterprise integration, and impact analysis.
• Familiarity with management reporting and decision-support systems.
