Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms
• Making beds and changing linens
• Replacing towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and removing trash
• Checking rooms for damaged or missing items and reporting maintenance issues
• Restocking housekeeping carts and supplies
• Following hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Responding politely to reasonable guest requests
• Reporting lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures
• Ensuring rooms are ready for arriving guests on time
