Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Clark, operated by Filinvest, is seeking a hotel cleaner to maintain guest rooms, corridors, floor public areas and pantries in Clark, Pampanga. The successful candidate will clean assigned guest rooms, handle late checkouts and late service requests, verify rooms are in proper condition, and promptly report any items needing repair to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• 1 year work experience is required.
• Must be able to communicate well.
• Amenable to work in Clark, Pampanga.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms, the late check out and late service required by guests.
• Verify that all in in proper condition and order of functioning and reports to supervisor any items that need repair.
• Keep informed of hotel product and service knowledge in order to answer guest questions.
• Verify the physical status of room and updates HR Coordinator / Order Taker of any discrepancies found.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in timely and efficient manner.
• Performs other functions and duties which may be designed by the immediate superior.
