Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With or without experience as a Barista; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Greet customers courteously and take orders accurately.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems properly.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and work area.
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately, when assigned.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
• Address customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Support opening and closing duties as required.
