VehicleManagement

Valets park and retrieve guests' vehicles promptly and safely. They must be proficient in driving various types of vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks, and maintain a clean driving record.

CustomerService

Valets are the first and last point of contact for guests. They greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and provide directions or information about the establishment. Exceptional customer service is crucial, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience.

Safety and Security

Valets monitor the parking area to ensure safety and security. They report any safety hazards or unusual occurrences to supervisors and maintain cleanliness in the parking area.

Communication

Valets must effectively communicate parking procedures to guests and keep track of vehicle keys. They also announce when guests are ready to depart and ensure that the correct vehicle is returned to the right guest.

Operational Duties

Valets may be responsible for maintaining the organization of the valet parking area, managing traffic flow, and assisting with other operational tasks as needed.
