Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or higher.
• Cashier or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Accept cash, cards, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts and provide accurate change.
• Count and verify the assigned cash fund at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain proper accountability for all cash and transactions.
• Report shortages, overages, voids, and transaction discrepancies.
• Assist customers with product and pricing inquiries.
• Follow established procedures for discounts, refunds, cancellations, and voids.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Replenish checkout and impulse merchandise as required.
• Follow loss prevention and security procedures.
