Job summary

First Circle is a fast-growing FinTech in the Philippines, delivering multi-product financial services to SMEs. We seek a hands-on Growth Operations Associate to own operations for New Product launches within our Operations team.

You’ll work on product performance reporting, data analysis, and process improvements, reporting to the Head of New Product Operations. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving and analytical skills, comfort with data, and a practical, execution-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience in an operations or analytics role (fintech/tech or sales ops preferred).
• Strong analytical and technical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Execution-oriented, initiative-taker who drives implementation from problem to impact.

Responsibilities

• Reporting on product performance (new customers, usage, growth, retention).
• Conducting ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Designing and refining solutions to problems.
• Automating recurring processes where possible.
• Collaborating with teams to launch and grow new products.
