Outsource Accelerator in Pasig seeks an SEO/SEM & Web Optimization Specialist to grow visibility and leads. You will lead SEO/SEM efforts, optimize websites, analyze data, and create content across channels.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in digital marketing, proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, WordPress, and UX basics, plus strong analytical and collaborative skills. Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in SEO/SEM, web optimization, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and SEO tools.
• Experience with WordPress, landing page optimization, and basic UX principles.
• Knowledge of AI marketing tools and workflow automation platforms is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and leads.
• Manage and optimize SEM/PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn).
• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, backlink building, and schema enhancements.
• Use AI-driven SEO tools to optimize content for search engines and emerging AI models.
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows (Zapier, Make) to improve efficiency.
• Monitor website performance and resolve issues affecting SEO health.
• Track KPIs (traffic, conversions, CPL, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Support website design, UX, and landing page optimization for better conversions.
• Maintain dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio for reporting.
• Create and manage social media content across relevant channels.
• Write and edit blogs, white papers, and case studies.
• Design marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Stay updated on SEO/SEM trends and best practices.
