• Weeding - shall weed the grounds to prevent the growth of weeds into lawn and landscapes.
• Turf repair - damaged area caused by storms and climate shall be filled in and leveled and seeded or sodded except cost plants which provided by the Company.
• Pruning - shall maintain trees, shrubs, hedges, bushes, ground cover and flowers, remove dead
• Promote recycled uses for lawn and trees debris such as mulch and compost.
• Remove debris and equipment from the work site before end of each workday and unsightly growth, maintained neat and attractive appearance.
• Water lawns, flowers, shrubs, and trees. If natural precipitation is sufficient, the Contractor may request for approval from Environmental Manager/Officer for suspend watering to avoid too much water in the soil.
• Performs other related duties as maybe assigned from time to time by Supervisor.
