Job summary

XTEL is seeking a GRC Analyst with 4+ years of experience in compliance or risk management. You will work closely with leadership to manage and improve the information security management system (ISMS) while ensuring that compliance standards are maintained.

This role offers flexibility for remote or hybrid work and presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the security and compliance strategy of a leading software provider.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance or risk management roles.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Organized and able to manage concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing operations of XTEL’s ISMS.
• Draft and maintain security & compliance policies.
• Manage internal and external audits.
