Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Audit GRC Analyst to perform IT-focused audits and bolster internal audit teams with IT risk coverage. You will engage with leadership to translate IT risks into actionable insights and contribute to SOX and SOC IT processes and controls testing.

The role requires 2+ years in IT risk and controls, experience with AuditBoard, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Hybrid work setup in Eastwood City, Quezon City is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in internal or external audit focusing on IT-related risks and controls.
• Experience with audit software and IT controls testing.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes, risks, and controls.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, IT, or related field; combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT-focused audits and support operational internal audit teams when IT-related risks are addressed, reporting to the Information Security Compliance Manager.
• Assist SOX and SOC IT efforts including understanding and evaluating IT processes, risks and controls and executing ITGC testing.
• Engage with leadership to evaluate day-to-day IT processes and translate risks to business impacts.
• Be involved in the SOX 404 program to evaluate and test controls to meet financial objectives.
• Execute IT audit testing including process flow diagrams, workpapers, root cause documentation, and test conclusions.
• Assist with IT audit planning including objectives, process and controls assessments, risk evaluations, and audit scope input.
• Evaluate IT-related risks across various areas of the business as needed.
• Test operating effectiveness of SOX/SOC IT General Controls and related controls as needed.
• Participate in systems implementation and process improvement projects.
• Communicate audit findings, security incidents, vulnerabilities, mitigations, and resolutions to management.
