Job summary

Calamba Premiere International Park is seeking a grounds maintenance worker to operate grass cutters and tree trimmers, keeping lawns and pathways neat, safe and accessible for visitors and staff. You will perform routine checks and minor maintenance on cutting equipment and assist in general park upkeep.

The ideal candidate holds a trade or technical school certificate in grass cutting maintenance and has 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a valid driver's license preferred to support

Qualifications

• Trade or Technical School certificate in grass cutting equipment maintenance.
• 1 year to less than 3 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate grass cutters and tree trimmers safely and efficiently.
• Cut, edge and maintain grass in designated areas, lawns and pathways.
• Collect and dispose grass clippings and tree trimmings to staging area.
• Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on cutting equipment.
• Trim, prune and shape trees and shrubs to maintain safety and aesthetics.
• Clear fallen branches and assist in tree transfers as necessary.
• Waste hauling collection and operating pickup truck as needed.
• Residial waste from Admin to Staging Area and yard trimmings to Staging Area.
• Other collection and disposal tasks as required.
• Tools, materials, equipment handled: Grass cutting machine, Chainsaw
• Preferably knows how to drive vehicle with valid driver's license
