Job summary

MCI is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support our in-house team with creative and marketing initiatives across multiple businesses. The role combines graphic design with recruitment marketing, sourcing strategy and data-driven candidate attraction.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and organized with the ability to identify effective marketing approaches, use research tools and technology to attract candidates and support strategic initiatives across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a variety of creative projects.
• Strong initiative, and the ability to communicate about creative concepts with colleagues of different professional backgrounds.
• Understanding of trends and best practices for using graphics to communicate effectively via digital channels and with diverse audiences.
• Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines on complex and multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Seamlessly convert ideas into images, layouts, and other designs.
• Contribute to the comprehensive design process from conception to design, proofing, and production.
• Assist the design team with layout and design of projects including brochures, web content, social media assets, invitations, signage, and other graphics.
• Understand project requirements and adhere to management’s specifications and branding guidelines.
• Support the marketing department as needed with special projects, admin tasks, tracking metrics, etc.
