The organization applies a feminist lens to its analyses and actions, and works toward a future where Filipinos are free from poverty and inequality.

The role

This is a consultancy engagement to produce advocacy and communication materials for the Care Connect project. • Produce two advocacy decks (approx. 15–25 slides, 16:9 format) translating Care Connect evidence, findings, policy implications, and recommendations into a clear advocacy narrative; deliver as editable PPTX and PDF.
  • Produce four fact sheets/evidence briefs (2–4 pages, A4) distilling priority evidence or advocacy themes into concise, visually engaging materials for policymakers, LGUs, and other stakeholders.
  • Produce four policy briefs (2–3 pages, A4) synthesizing Care Connect research into coherent policy arguments with accessible language, data visualization, and source attribution.
  • Create a suite of 20 digital advocacy assets (infographics, evidence/data cards, digital flyers, social media cards/carousels) in English and Filipino, optimized for mobile and digital consumption.
  • Design layout for two publication-ready digital reports (narrative reports of existing studies by Care Connect and partners), with print-ready versions where applicable.
  • Deliver organized, editable source files and master templates for all major material types (presentation, publication, infographic, and social media formats).
  • Facilitate review, feedback, and testing of materials with Oxfam Pilipinas and project partners, and incorporate consolidated feedback into final outputs.
  • Archive all materials and editable files in Oxfam Box, and manage documentation and submission of invoices and related financial documents to the Finance team.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and other relevant design and editing software.
  • Understanding of design and production workflows, including layout, visual communication, print production, and preparation of publication-ready materials.
  • Knowledge of print specifications and production processes, including preparation of print-ready files.
  • Previous work experience with international non-governmental organizations is desirable.
