What You’ll Be Doing

• Enhance and evolve our brand guidelines to keep things fresh and consistent
• Design and produce visuals that tell our story across digital and print
• Create standout PowerPoint templates and presentations for internal and client use
• Apply branding consistently across proposals, templates, and internal materials
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to manage and prioritise design requests
• UseAI design tools(like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva Magic Studio) to speed up creative workflows
• Share ideas, suggest new approaches, and help others understand brand application
• Stay on top of design and tech trends and spot new ways to make our visuals sing

• Strong PowerPoint skills — design, layout, animation, storytelling
• Comfortable using AI design tools to create efficient, high‑quality outcomes
• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a solid portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong grasp of branding, composition, and typography
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and organised
• Able to juggle multiple design requests and still hit deadlines
• Willing to work hybrid and on a day‑shift schedule
