• Bachelor's degree in Design/UI/UX/Information Science, CS, Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong branding practices and standards, visual storytelling, design thinking, user-first experiences.
• Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• HTML/CSS and Figma integration for web/UI layouts, component-based design, shared libraries, responsive design.
• EDM design in Marketo or similar platforms.
• Basic animation & motion graphics.

• Interactive design: multimedia integration, 2D animation, banners, PDFs, digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• EDM Design in Marketo or similar platforms
