Design and produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social graphics, email and newsletter visuals, web graphics, even/conference materials, slide templates and presentations, one-pagers, infographics, and other related materials. Translate concepts and business goals into clear, compelling visuals that support Lyric’s brand and positioning in the healthcare and payment integrity space. Ensure all creative deliverables are consistent with Lyric brand guidelines (logo, typography, color, tone, accessibility standards). Manage incoming creative requests from teams outside of Corporate Affairs, balancing responsiveness with clear prioritization and deadlines. Use an organized intake process (briefs, timelines, required inputs, review cycles) to set expectations and keep work moving efficiently. Partner with stakeholders to clarify goals, target audiences, usage channels, and success criteria for each request. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support campaign creative needs, including paid and organic social assets, ad variations, landing page and website graphics, and email visuals. Support thought leadership and communications efforts through report layouts, webinar/event assets, executive social content visuals, and brand storytelling graphics. Maintain and evolve core design templates and modular systems (slide templates, one-pages, social formats) to enable speed, consistency, and scalability. Manage brand asset libraries (icons, illustrations, photography, templates) and keep files well-organized for team access and reuse. Contribute to ongoing brand refinement, including visual standards, accessibility, and modern design practices appropriate for B2B healthcare audiences. Deliver assets on time with a strong attention to detail, proofreading, and production readiness. Incorporate feedback efficiently, guiding stakeholders toward solutions that protect brand quality and clarity. Support basic performance-driven iteration for digital assets (e.g., resizing, formatting, and creating variants for testing where needed).
