Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Graphics Designer (Multimedia) for an on-site role in Manila. You will lead the development and execution of multimedia outputs to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent visuals aligned with business and client objectives.

The role involves setting creative direction, UI/UX mockups, motion graphics for LED screens, and overseeing marketing creatives, with coordination across teams and suppliers to deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in multimedia graphics.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set creative direction and ensure brand consistency across outputs.
• Manage design requirements for UI/UX, mockups, advertising, and display graphics.
• Lead production of motion graphics for LED screens and digital signage.
• Oversee marketing creatives for social media, websites, and materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for projects.
• Prepare regular reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
