Job summary

Chronos Agency in Manila is seeking an experienced Email Designer to craft 100–160 on-brand emails per month for ecommerce clients. You’ll turn copy briefs into pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Klaviyo, ensuring every send aligns with brand guidelines.

You’ll build a reusable module library, test across mobile, desktop and dark mode, and collaborate with strategists to push back on briefs when needed. A strong portfolio and 3+ years of ecommerce email design are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years designing email for ecommerce brands.
• Strong Figma skills and ability to work within existing design systems.
• Klaviyo experience; Omnisend/Mailerlite/Braze are a plus.
• A portfolio showing multiple brands and high-volume email design.
• Clear written English; you’ll push back on briefs in writing.

Job description

Design and build the emails for up to 8 client accounts. You work from a copy brief written by the strategist and turn it into finished, on-brand email creative in Figma and Klaviyo — anywhere between 100-160 designs per month.

What you’ll do

• Design campaign and flow emails from approved copy briefs
• Build and QA the designs you’ve implemented in the email platform (usually Klaviyo)
• Check every email on mobile, desktop and dark mode before it ships
• Keep a reusable module library for each account so builds get faster over time
• Flag problems in the brief instead of designing around them

• 95%+ of emails delivered on time
• All emails aligned with brand guide
• Prompt communication and timeliness with revision

What you need

• 3+ years designing email for ecommerce brands
• Strong Figma skills, comfortable inside someone else’s design system
• Klaviyo experience (Omnisend, Mailerlite, Braze etc are a plus)
• A portfolio showing multiple brands and high volume
• Clear written English — you’ll push back on briefs in writin
