Grandison is seeking a Multimedia Designer to transform creative concepts into visuals that strengthen our brand identity and support recruitment and marketing campaigns. You will produce digital and print materials that are visually compelling and reflect our professionalism and values.

You will create designs for social media, digital ads, event materials, and campaigns; translate briefs into static and motion graphics; stay current with design trends; maintain brand consistency; optimize

Responsabilidades

• Create visually consistent and engaging designs for social media posts, digital ads, event materials, internal campaigns, and other materials
• Translate briefs into static and motion graphics that align with Grandison's brand tone and campaign objectives
• Stay updated with contemporary design trends, visual styles, and digital formats, ensuring the brand remains current and competitive
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to visual guidelines, typography, color standards, and other design imperatives
• Optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring fast turnaround times and quality across formats
• Support video editing, layout design, and other multimedia production needs for campaigns and internal communications
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and technical standards before publication
• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute to visual direction for campaigns
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software

About the role

The Multimedia Designer transforms creative concepts into high-impact visuals that strengthen Grandison's brand identity and support recruitment and other marketing campaigns and efforts. The role involves producing primarily digital and print, and secondarily other necessary materials that are visually compelling, aligned with current design trends, and reflective of the company's professionalism and values.
