We are seeking a new junior graphic artist to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and Produce high-quality print books, including layout, typography, and cover design.
• Work with authors, editors & management to ensure that all books are designed and produced in accordance with company standards.
• Create detailed book mockups to be used in the sales and marketing process.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring that all specifications are met.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2+ years experience with design software, including Ps, Ai, Id, etc.
• Proven experience with book design, with a STRONG PORTFOLIO AT WORK.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and advertisements.
• Very high attention to detail.
