Job summary

Jipang Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a creative Graphic Artist to support branding across its hotel, restaurant, spa, and other hospitality operations. You will design visuals for digital and print materials that align with each unit's identity and marketing goals.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations, you will develop compelling concepts, resize assets for various media, and ensure accuracy before production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a graphic design role preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for digital and print use.
• Develop marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, menus, banners, and social posts.

About the role

Jipang Group of Companies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual materials that support our brands, marketing campaigns, promotions, and day-to-day business needs across our hotel, restaurant, spa, and other hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics and visual materials for digital and print use.
• Develop marketing collaterals such as posters, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Design content aligned with the branding and visual identity of each company or business unit.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations teams to develop creative materials based on business requirements.
• Adapt and resize artwork for different platforms and media formats.
• Assist in developing creative concepts for promotions, events, campaigns, and special occasions.
• Edit photos and other visual assets when necessary.
• Ensure accuracy of text, layouts, branding elements, and other details before final production.
• Coordinate with printing suppliers and other third-party vendors when required.
• Maintain organized files of artwork, templates, brand assets, and other design resources.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of photo editing, layout design, typography, and basic branding principles.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into effective visual concepts.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience creating social media content is an advantage.
• Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, hotel, spa, or retail marketing is an advantage.
